Clients agree to pay all fees specified in the accepted proposal or invoice. A deposit is typically required before work commences. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Failure to make payments on time may result in project suspension or termination.

7. Revisions and Changes

We provide a specific number of revision rounds as defined in your project proposal. Additional revisions or structural changes requested after the initial design approval phase will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

8. Third-Party Services

Our deliverables may incorporate third-party services, APIs, or software (e.g., hosting providers, payment gateways). We are not responsible for the performance, terms, or policies of these third parties. The client is solely responsible for maintaining any third-party accounts or subscriptions required for their website to function.

9. Website Availability

We strive to ensure our Site is available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable if the Site is unavailable at any time for any reason, including scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability
